Entry Requirements
KCSE Mean Grade C+ (Plus) with at least C+ (Plus) in Biology or Biological Sciences and Chemistry or Physical Sciences, and must have passed in either Mathematics or Physics and English with a minimum grade of C OR Holders of KACE or equivalent with minimum 2 principal passes in Biology and Chemistry and at least a subsidiary pass in Mathematics. If Mathematics was not taken at KACE, then it is accepted at Ordinary Level but with a minimum of a credit or above OR Holders of Diploma in Applied Sciences with at least credit pass or equivalent from an Institution recognized by the Senate, and with two years or more relevant working experience OR Holders of Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Applied Sciences or other related fields from an institution recognized by the Senate OR Holders of a Degree in Biological Sciences or related fields from an institution recognized by the Senate.
